Here are some Frequently asked questions:

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All bookings for our classes must be made in advance, we do not accept cash on site or drop ins. Bookings will be closed 30 minutes before the start of the class so please book in good time.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts, we don’t have a waiting area, so if you’d like to familiarise yourself with where we are please check HERE.

I've never done yoga before. Where should I start?

We cater for all levels and abilities, with classes that are slower and more meditative in pace to classes that are dynamic and strength building. Please feel free to email us at HERE if you would like more guidence.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. The studios are a shoe free zone and all classes are done barefoot, or with special exercise socks.

Do you provide mats?

Yes. We provide mats, bricks, bolsters, straps, blocks, blankets and eye masks, though you are welcome to bring your own. If attending a class with props like bolsters and blankets please bring a couple of blankets and you can wrap one around our bolsters.

Do you have showers and changing facilities?

Unfortunately we don’t have showers or changing facilities, there are shared toilets on our floor, but we encourage you to come in your yoga clothes for the class.

Where can I leave my bags?

There are two benches for bags with hooks at the back of the studio for your belongings.

What is your booking cancellation policy?

There is a generous cancellation window for your booked class up to 3 hours before the class is scheduled to start. If however you don’t cancel in time you will still be charged for the booking.

Do you offer private yoga sessions?

Yes, we are very happy to offer private sessions in the studio, or at your home or place of work. Please contact us on HERE for more details.
