TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2 MONTHS MINIMUM CONTRACT LENGTH

PLEASE READ EVERY SECTION CAREFULLY

1. Your membership automatically renews after 1 month. Your first payment is on the day of purchase, the next one is a month later.

2. Please note that your contract starts on the day of purchase.

3. Subscription fees must be paid in irrespective of whether or not the Member uses the Studio’s facilities.

4. Clients who no show to sessions will be charged £10 per session; late cancellations incur a charge of £6. Please make sure you cancel classes more than 3 hours before their start time. This charge must be paid before you take your next class.

5. This membership is for a minimum length of 2 months, you can only cancel from the third month onwards with 30 days notice. Cancellation must be requested via email to: hello@blitheyoga.com with a confirmation of receipt from us.

6. Your membership can be frozen up to 3 months per year - free of charge. Just email us to let us know when to freeze your membership.

7. You can use this membership as many times as you like per day. Late cancelled/no showed classes are deducted from the pass and separate charges apply as outlined in point 5.

8. Sometimes payments will fail and we will contact you to clear your account. If the account payment for the month is not fixed within 7 days of the new month starting a fine of £25 will be added to your account and we will suspend your account indefinitely until the payment is cleared, you will not be allowed to attend any of our classes until the account is cleared.

9. This membership only includes classes and not anything else such as Blithe Yoga events, workshops and retreats. However monthly members will receive 15% off these, just contact us prior to booking for your unique discounted booking link.

10. There are no refunds on this block irrespective of personal circumstances. We are offering you our best price. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to all above and are not bound by statutory law in regards to a refund.

11. Your membership is valid for yourself only and is non-transferable

12. A copy of these T&C’s will be emailed to you upon purchase of your membership for safekeeping.
